
Andrew Morris

Andrew has been involved in a large number of projects within various areas of the practice, as an Assistant Architect, Job Architect, Resident Site Architect, and Project Director. He has been responsible for the co-ordination of multidisciplinary design teams as Project Architect on Europier at Heathrow Airport, Channel 4 Headquarters London and our work in the Royal Docks. He was co-Director on; Paddington Waterside Grand Union Building, London, The Millennium Dome, Ashford Retail Centre in Kent, Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, 88 Wood Street, One Hyde Park, Project Blue in London and the Marine Hotel in Salcombe, Devon. More recently he has played a major role in our regeneration projects including Woolston shipyard in Southampton, Chelmsford, Croydon, Wembley, Cambridge and Bracknell.
Andrew has also taken a particular interest in commercial/legal aspects of the practice and currently acts as Senior Commercial Director, responsible for negotiating and agreeing our appointments, overseeing design management and contract administration as well as playing a major role in managing the practice.
He promotes the practice’s vision in relation to new methods of procurement and design management. He has sat on a number of industry bodies dedicated to improving the construction industry including the Reading Construction Forum, The Design and Build Foundation and was a founding member of the Collaboration for the Built Environment (Be), championing the role of the Architect in providing design leadership within a broadening supply chain. He is currently the professional practice coordinator for 5th year Architecture Masters students at the Royal College of Art, London.
