Architecture Week 2006

 
RRP is celebrating Architecture Week 2006 with a podwalk, available from the Architecture Week website at www.architectureweek.org.uk. Download the podwalk on to your MP3 player to experience a guided tour of key RRP projects in the City of London, including Lloyd’s of London, 122 Leadenhall Street and 88 Wood Street.  The podwalk includes a contribution from Richard Rogers and RRP architects Carmel Lewin, Andy Young and Nick Zervoglos.
 
In addition, on 21 June, RRP will be inviting 20 Year 9 pupils from local schools to its Thames Wharf Studios offices for a day-long workshop entitled ‘London – as it should be?’ The workshop, led by architects, modelmakers and graphic designers from the practice, is designed to enable pupils to examine the way we live and why we live in the way we do, as well as to allow them to visualise their ‘ideal’ urban riverside environment of the future.
